Documize (Documize Community)
Modern Confluence alternative for internal and external documentation with multi-tenant spaces, categories, labels, and access control.
About Documize (Documize Community)
Documize is an enterprise-grade knowledge management platform designed as a modern alternative to Confluence. It unifies both internal and customer-facing documentation with spaces, categories, and labels that let you organise content by department, client, or project. Built in Go and EmberJS, it compiles to a single executable binary for Linux, Windows, macOS, and ARM (Raspberry Pi).
The Community Edition is free under AGPL v3. The Community+ Edition adds content approval workflows, version management, lifecycle management, PDF export, audit logs, activity streams, and product support. Documize supports LDAP, Active Directory, Keycloak, and CAS authentication alongside email/password login. Docker deployment with PostgreSQL or MySQL backends.
