ONLYOFFICE Docs is a self-hosted collaborative office suite providing full-featured online editors for text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, fillable forms, and PDFs. It delivers the highest compatibility with Microsoft Office formats (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) of any open-source office suite, including complex formatting, charts, and macros.
Real-time co-editing supports two collaboration modes (Fast for real-time and Strict for change tracking), comments, built-in chat, review and track changes, and version history. It includes AI-powered assistants, plugins via a marketplace, and 46 interface languages. The Community Edition is free under AGPL v3 with a recommended maximum of 20 simultaneous users. Enterprise and Developer editions add clustering, white-labeling, mobile web editors, and premium support.
