About SiYuan
SiYuan is a privacy-first personal knowledge management system that combines block-level references, two-way links, Markdown WYSIWYG editing, and AI agent integration into a self-hosted workspace. It stores data in local files using a transparent JSON format, supports full-text search, flashcard spaced repetition, and SQL query embedding.
SiYuan features a community marketplace with themes and plugins, export to PDF/Word/Markdown, web clipping, and diagram support (flowcharts, Gantt charts, sequence diagrams). It provides native desktop apps (Windows/macOS/Linux), mobile apps (iOS/Android/HarmonyOS), and Docker deployment for server-hosted access via web browser.
