About Coder
Coder is an open-source platform for provisioning and managing remote development environments on your own infrastructure. It shifts developer workspaces from local laptops to cloud servers, providing consistent, pre-configured environments accessible from any device via browser or IDE.
Coder uses Terraform to define workspace templates, supporting any cloud provider or on-premises infrastructure. It provides browser-based VS Code, JetBrains Gateway integration, SSH access, and dotfiles management.
